Privacy Policy

GrowthAppOS is operated by Strongware LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use growthappos.com and the GrowthAppOS workspace, and how the contact information our customers upload is handled.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and sign-in identifier, managed through Amazon Cognito.
• Workspace information: your business name, sending domain, campaigns, and settings you create.
• Billing information: subscriptions and payments are processed by Whop. We receive identifiers and payment status from Whop; we do not receive or store card numbers.
• Usage records: counts of accepted email recipients and SMS segments, used to calculate usage charges.
• Connected accounts: if you connect Meta or Google accounts, we store encrypted access tokens to perform the actions you request.

Your customers' contact information

Businesses using GrowthAppOS upload and manage their own customer lists (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and consent records). We process this information only to provide the service on that business's behalf: storing it, sending the campaigns the business schedules, and honoring unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints. We do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. Each business is responsible for having permission to contact the people on its list.

Unsubscribes and opt-outs

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers; opting out takes effect immediately for that business. Text messages honor STOP replies. Addresses that bounce or report a complaint are automatically excluded from future sends.

Service providers

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, database, sign-in (Cognito), email delivery (SES), and SMS delivery.
• Whop: subscriptions, checkout, and invoices.
• Cloudflare: DNS and network protection.
• Meta and Google: only if you choose to connect those accounts.

Retention and deletion

We keep workspace data while your account is active. You can delete customers from your workspace at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email [email protected]. Usage and billing records may be kept as required for accounting.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, connected-account tokens are encrypted, and the database is not reachable from the public internet.
